Working together in a stressful situation can often cause teams to breakdown. This programme is based on the SAS job role, which helps to develop team dynamics and the creation of high performing teams by putting the participants in a situation where they have to use their expertise to find employment for special forces operatives.
After understanding what the operatives do, the participants create a series of job descriptions, assess their skills and then identify through interview which operatives would be best at which jobs.
It is clear from the outset that participants expect to be able to use the internet to find information but it quickly becomes clear that they have to use their own skills, apply logic and create an understanding of the human factors involved in choosing a job role.
This programme is fast paced and full of surprises and develops communication skills in a negotiation environment.
